McPherson/Phillip greenhouse – inside there is a 8’x20′ 12 ” thick rear wall that acts as the tromp wall and moisture moderation to control temperature and humidity. the rear wall is wood chip clay infill, which insulates the warm greenhouse from the cold storage. To boot, they installed a biogas digester in the greenhouse that produces gas they use to cook with and boil maple syrup in the little nook at far right.
